Willard Shepard discuss Witness to Innocence with its Executive Director
Herman Lindsay is one of the few people alive to have lived, and survived, time on Florida’s death row. He was wrongly convicted of the murder of a pawn shop owner in Ft. Lauderdale. The Florida Supreme Court tossed out his conviction 9 to zero—unanimous. He now runs an organization to protect the innocent.
